If your computer is running on the Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 operating system you will be unable to access e-Builder. Please perform the following steps to access e-Builder:
- Upgrade your operating system
- If you are using a CTA issued computer (desktop or laptop) and your operating system is Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, please contact the CTA IT department and request that they upgrade your operating system to Windows 10 or newer.
- Close the browser generated error message and refresh the browser
- Users accessing e-Builder on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge may have the ability to close the browser generated error message and continue to e-Builder. If you attempt this and you are unable to access e-Builder, please continue with option 1.
