Hello CTA e-Builder User,
Our team is aware of a known issue impacting users accessing e-Builder on the CTA network. If a blank page appears when you login to e-Builder, this is because the security protocol is activating which will require you to update your password. This password reset page is currently inaccessible.
If you experience when you log into e-Builder and the page appears blank (as seen in the image below), please attempt the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Attempt to login to e-Builder off of the CTA Network
- Please attempt to login on you smart phone or personal laptop
- Log off the VPN
- Once off of the VPN, please attempt to open e-Builder again
Note: Once your password has been reset you can continue to access e-Builder on the CTA network.
