The Bidding Module is used on Mid-Con projects where multiple contractors submit proposals for the work. At a high level, the Bidding module provides a mechanism for staging bid packages, simultaneously distributing information to all invited bidders, a mechanism for asking questions and simultaneously delivering responses to all bidders, and an audit trail of messages sent and bids received.
