Dashboards are a graphical representation of reports. Dashboards present summary data from reports in a visual format. Dashboards are typically used to provide overviews of program or project statuses and metrics. This video does not contain audio.
In the Dashboard Module in the Global Tab, you can you can filter between folders/views for what sort of information you are trying to access. Then you can click on the graphic you like and it will open up that specific report.
In the video, we show you how to navigate to the dashboard, we will focus on the customized folders/views that have been created (RFI Dashboard and Submittal Module Dashboard) and after we open the report that is running behind the information we select.
Start by selecting the "Dashboard" module from the global menu modules. Then it will take you to the dashboards listed according to your project access.
Next, you can use the views option (shown in the top left under the Dashboard title) to change the type of dashboard you would like to access.
Once selected, you can access the information needed easier from scrolling on the screen.
