In this video, you are guided to the process of subscribing to a folder. The subscription option is helpful when there are folders that you need to receive notifications of activity taking place in those folders. These email notifications will be sent you based on your subscription settings.
There are two types of fold subscriptions:
- Daily Summary: A report of all actions taken on any file will ben sent to you via email every morning
- Instant Notification: An email will be sent to you immediately as soon as any action is taken on any file
Users also have the ability to apply these subscriptions to include a folders sub folders as well.
