The e-Builder Property Acquisition Review process will be used to route acquisition and relocation files for internal approval on the Red Line Extension (RLE) 2019-0017.00 project. Documents attached to the process will be stored in corresponding parcel folders selected by process initiators. Links to those folders will be provided to the RLE RIMS team to include with each property.
Final Closing Binders will be maintained by the Real Estate Department in BrokerTracker. Deeds and Final Judgments will be provided to the CM and Contractor(s) to facilitate the demolition permitting process on the Red Line Extension (RLE) - Real Estate Demolition - 2019-0017.04 project.
