Purpose
Use this process to route Requests for Information during the Construction phase of the project.
Procedure
The RFI is started by the Contractor or Design-Build Contractor and sent to the CM for review. It is then sent to the design team, then the CTA PM, and finally CTA Engineering for further review. After CTA Engineering reviews the RFI, the CM will provide final resolution and close the RFI.
