The Project Master Plan Summary (PPS) process gives PgM Planning the ability to develop, review and approve plans for future capital projects. Through this process, the PgM Planning team will route to PgM Deputies and the Program Manager, CTA user departments (Bus Ops, Rail Ops, Facilities, Safety) and Infrastructure (Chief Engineer, Director Infrastructure Capital Program Oversight, Vice President, Chief Infrastructure Officer). The process is closed when all approvals are received, and the approved documents are attached.
