The DRFI process is used to process requests for information from the designer during the design phase of the project. The DOR can start the DRFI process.
This PERFI process is to be used for design requests for information from the PEC (Preliminary Engineering Consultant), to be answered by CM/OR or CTA PM. The PEC can start the PERFI process.
The workflows for these processes are the same, with the difference being who can start the process as noted above.
