Purpose
The Correspondence process is used for routing and review of letters and/or transmittals between CTA and the Contractor, as well as letters to and from third parties.
Procedure
Correspondence may be initiated by either CTA, the contractor, or a member of the CM team. It may consist of an internal CTA letter, a Contractor letter to CTA, a third-party letter, or a transmittal from either CTA or the contractor.
In cases where follow-up correspondence is needed, subsequent pieces of correspondence may be formally linked to the related Correspondence instance(s) within the process.
