The Construction Closeout process is used to manage and track Closeout activities and approvals at the end of a project, including Substantial Completion, Project Element Substantial Completion, Final Completion, and the creation and updating of the Closeout Audit Checklist. It may be started by the Closeout Manager or the CM/OR.
