The Railroad Coordination Process (RRC) is an eBuilder process used on the Red Line Extension program to submit and monitor requests for external railroad flaggers and external railroad work windows. These safety precautions and notifications are required to complete RLE construction work adjacent to external railroad track, facilities, and property.
