The Meeting Minutes Process (MMP) provides a structured and standardized approach for creating, reviewing, and distributing official meeting records directly within the Project Website.
MMP supports centralized project documentation by guiding users through each step of meeting minute creation and finalization. Within the MMP workflow, the Meeting Minutes Action Item Process (MMAIP) can also be initiated to assign and track action items resulting from meeting discussions.
This optional process may be used at the discretion of the CTA Project Manager and is available for all programs and project types. *Not applicable to RPM projects.
