Purpose
The Contract Deliverable Review (CDR) process provides a structured approach for reviewing contractual deliverables across the planning, design, and construction phases of all project types within Capital and Non-Capital Infrastructure programs. Its objective is to ensure that all design submittals and contract deliverables are reviewed in a timely and consistent manner and meet Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) quality procedures, applicable standards, defined scope, and contractual requirements.
