Purpose
Use this process to review and approve estimates that typically route via paper hard copies.
Procedure
- Initiator (01 Estimating Role) uploads & attaches estimate documentation
- Initiator submits process to themselves
- Initiator obtains approvals from all applicable parties via Request Comment feature
- Once Program Manager approves, Initiator uses Request Comment feature to notify CTA personnel
- Initiator closes process after 7 days of notifying CTA
Permissions
- Available on all e-Builder projects
- Only 01 Estimating Role can initiate process
- CTA and Program Manager (TCP) can view all instances
- Others will only see processes where their comment was requested
- Comments are visible to all
