Project Membership Request (PMR)
The PMR Process is used to manage system and project access for all end users in the CTA Project Website environment. The PMR process can only be initiated from the PIF (Project Initiation) & PMR (Project Membership Training Request) project site, which is accessible to all users with active CTA Project Website accounts. The PMR process must be used for the following reasons:
- Add & Remove users from the Project Website
- Add & Remove users from projects
- Update users roles and permissions
- Reactivate & Deactivate users
If you are an existing CTA Project Website user, you can start the PMR process by clicking here.

For Capital Improvement Projects, an Intake Form is referenced in QP-CN-403 Start-up of an External Design Project & QP-CN-416 Start-up of a Construction Project. Also, any user and project type can use an Intake Form if the request is for multiple users at once. Intake Forms completed in Excel can import into the PMR Process.
**Please note each Intake Form can also be accessed directly in the PMR Process by clicking “Download” and selecting “Template” above each grid**
