Objective
The purpose of the Lessons Learned Process is to identify, document and analyze events or practices that generate either a positive or negative impact during a project lifecycle. This process will aid CTA Infrastructure, RPM and RLE organizations in tracking trends for continuous improvement opportunities. Lessons learned can be identified and added to e-Builder at any time during the course of a project but, at a minimum, should be entered and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
